arini tak best lansung sbb ada krisis skit dgn client. sebenarnya salah dua² pihak, tp kami mengalah atas dasar customers always right. its for our own good too. mr hubby, a man with patience said that we should take it as a mistake. and learn from it. yeah. i agree. well, nothing else can be said/done but to ‘obey’ whatever the clients requested – even its gonna take a whole lot of our time doing it; even if i might to reconsider canceling prior commitments just to fulfill their wish/needs. ish.
we are so gonna revamp our package terms & conditions so that nobody will take us for granted, nor abuse us in any ways – mentally, especially.
a lesson learnt. and will never be repeated. semoga allah menjauhkan kami daripada client² yg menjengkelkan. amin.

takpe, dlm proses mengarang t&c yg lagi complete n precise. seblum ni tak buat btul2 sbb kitorg bukan jenis berkira. tp kalau dah jd camni.. terpaksala berkira n jadi firm skit. biznez iz biznez. hehe
