finally me and mr hubby managed to find time to go shopping for our little one. nak tanak kena pegi jugak, bila lagi kan. sekarang pun dah tak larat nak jalan. kalau lagi lambat mmg silap2 aku la yang duduk dalam stoller tu haha. kitorg pegi parenthood expo kat midvalley. punya lah ramai umat! rimas betul. kan best kalau aku anak sultan ke hapa, tutup tempat tu utk aku sorang shopping. tp kalau dah jadi anak sultan takde la pegi shopping kat expo kan? haha.

kitorg bawak list, tapi last2 tak tengok pun sangat list tu. end up terbeli blanket, which aku dah beli kat uk dulu. tp takperla tak mahal sgt. sempat la beli avent sterilizer siap dpt 2 botol free, harga RM299, harga asal RM359. not sure if its worth it or not sbb aku tak survey sgt price kat blogs. i think i could get cheaper tp dah malas nak pikir, grab je lah. pastu beli 2 set botol susu avent BPA free, set bath tub, organic cleanser, baby traveling mat, baju2 newborn, thermometer.. tak ingat dah. tp rasanya habis RM600+ jugak lah. akhirnya aku dan incik suami telah berjaya membeli sebuah rumah baru2 ni. baru je setel sign loan agreement last 2 weeks and hopefully semuanya ok. tp rumah ni kami beli bukan utk duduk sendiri, tp utk investment, insya Allah. tak siap pun lagi, ujung 2012 baru siap. takut la jugak sebab sekarang ni macam2 dengar masalah dengan developer tp bila check2 MCT ni mcm ok la jugak.

kitorang beli townhouse Taman Tropika 2, tingkat 2 kat belakang UKM Bangi. about 200m walking distance from UKM Komuter. luas rumah dlm 830sq ft. tak la besar sangat tapi standard la kot utk rumah townhouse/apartment. yang bestnya, kitorg bayar RM600 je booking rumah. lain2 tak payah bayar, sbb semua termasuk dlm loan. alhamdulillah.. bkn sbb apa, selama ni nak cari 10% deposit tu la yg merana tu. skang dah banyak developer buat mcm tu.. for instance harga rumah kitorg RM157k, tp S&P price RM175, so yg lebihan tu dah masuk 10% dan segala loyer fees and what nots. jgn tanya la bab islamic loan ke apa, segala BLR sume tu aku tak reti haha. yg aku tau janji aku untung dan ada org sewa nanti.. amin!!

rumah yg kitorg beli ni pun mmg rezeki.. actually umah tu dah sold out, tp ada sorg buyer ni loan dia tak lepas.. so they had to let go one lot. kebetulan aku baru je call developer, diorg ckp tinggal satu. the next day tu kitorang pergi, terus bayar booking fees. elok je lepas bayar tu tetiba ada org tanya lagi townhouse tu ada ke tak kat developer tu. fuhhh mmg panas! even mamat bank yang kitorg deal with tu pun cakap rumah tu mmg ramai org beli, waiting list berderet2. alhamdulillah.. mmg rezeki kami kali ni.

bila dah beli satu rumah rasa nak beli lagi satu. aduhh. tak sabaqqqq!

the baby ticker in my other blog shows that im already in my 28th week and that means im approaching my 3rd trimester! how time flies!!

my baby’s now kicking harder and harder each day but alhamdulillah, that shows that he’s alive and ‘kicking’! ive been hearing lots of horror, disturbing pregnancy stories but hopefully it wont happen to my baby. so far we’ve picked only ONE name for him, and at the moment it seems like we both like it so much that we dont even bother to look for other names.

i am overly-inspired today. i slept the whole morning after prayer and woke up at 12pm. all i did from 12pm was nothing but lying on the bed, browse few inspirational DIY, crafts and art n design websites until night falls. how i wish i can freeze time coz i seldom had this chance to indulge myself in all things pretty.

cute things make me happy. pretty things make me overjoyed. from vintage english teacups to rusty bird cages. you name it i love it all.

i’ve been working like a mad dog (woof!) since forever and how i hope i have the luxury to do things i like most and have nothing to worry about.

life feels great today and i hope this feeling will last forever hehe.

wahh! 2 months of complete hiatus? well i call it a writer’s block. wait.. a writer i am not! haha. ok i’ll try my best to recap what had happened throughout these 2 months. read: my life is so dull that i dont have anything interesting to brag about

My pregnancy journey so far has been great. i first felt his kick when i was approaching my 5th month. at first i thought it was my tummy grumbling since i have a very sensitive digestive system. lately ive been experiencing stomach cramp (i hope its normal for preggers) and a bit of uneasiness at the lower part of my tummy. my backpain is killing me (and my hubby too). no hes not pregnant (haha) but hes been lifting heavy stuff, hence the backpain. poor hubby! mom been asking whether or not to buy baby cot but i dont see it as a must yet. i know few friends who already gave birth but never bought a cot. ive asked kokna if i can borrow adam’s cot but we’ve got to check if it can fit in our small room first. hmmm. whoaa. its been a while since we updated this blog. we’ve been terribly busy with office and house chores.. planning and settling few things before we went off for our much-needed vacation on 15th May. we’d highly recommend Qatar Airways for those planning for vacation.. seriously, they’re worth every penny!!

for the first time ever, aku muntah 4 kali. sejak aku prgnant ni tak pernah sekali pun muntah betul2. loya dan angin tu bagai dah sinonim dengan aku. tapi muntah? tak pernah. hari ni, ‘pecah’ rekod.

nak kata aku loya, aku tak loya. lepas lunch kat rumah amati hayati tadi, aku sakit perut semacam. tak penah rasanya sakit perut macam tu sekali. bila mak tanya sakit macam mana, aku tak reti nak explain. tapi yg pasti, aku susah nak bernafas. so aku rasa angin la tu. (continue reading…)

pejam celik pejam celik tengok2 dah 4 bulan aku peknen. ish. time flies gila ha? ari tu rasa mcm baru je found out kata aku preggie. masa tu baru preggie 3 minggu. ni tup tup dah 4 bulan. omaigod! panik panik!

panik sbb aku sebenarnya takut nak merasa sakit beranak. haha. sungguh jujur pengakuan. ye la sapa tak takut kan. tp maybe rasa seronok tu akan mengatasi rasa takut bila tiba saat bersalin nanti. (continue reading…)

yesterday was my hub’s 33rd bday. whee so old redi! ehhehe. i didnt buy him anything since we’ve promised to buy bday pressies in paris/uk later. i dunno what i want YET, and i hope he won’t ask much. hhahaha teruk.

anyhoo, we went to P’riok with mak and abah last nite to celebrate his bday. Raja picked me at Impiana at 7pm (I had 2-day KPI setting workshop there) and we went to Kekta’s hse in Taman Melawati to pick up his bday cake. hubs didnt know i requested kekta to bake a cake for him. actually ive ordered cuppies earlier but only 2 days before his bday that i realised i gave the cuppies maker a wrong date – 22nd May. adoi!! so i had to cancel the order and had to ask kekta to bake an impromptu cake. hehe silly me. thanks kekta for the cake! i was busy browsing books and mags at Kino last month and my eyes were glued to a cake decorating book. its filled with pictures and instructions – thats what i love most coz im not much of a reader.

it teaches how to bake and deco a cake from scratch and that was exactly what i was looking for in a baking book! haha.

we finally made an impromptu decision last night. UK & Paris. here we come, again! we got cheap fares from Qatar Airways.. kalau tak murah mmg tak pegi lah. so now ive gotta list down the things we want to do and *ehem* buy since we spent 2 days in paris just to shop last year. rugi2. baik jalan2 lagi kan.

PARIS
- panjat eiffel tower
- go up the montmarte tower and tengok scenic view from top
- buy baby stuff (not yet confirmed)
- lepak at eiffel tower at night

sgt kagum dengan orang yang sanggup berhenti kerja demi mengejar impian dan cita dlm berbisnes. apparently there’s this one young man where i work now who just quit his job to focus on his gym business.

how cool is that?! he’s only 25 or 26 but he has the guts to pursue his dreams, though he knows his income will solely depend on his customers. lucky him gym is one of the “IN” things these days and more people are getting more health conscious, except yours truly. (continue reading…)

qatar airways got great deals on flight tix now but it seems like ive to refrain myself from buying. ive talked to hubby and we finally decided to postpone our vacation this time around to ‘give way’ for the baby and actually splurge on the baby needs later on. splurge may not be the right word but im only 2 month preggie but theres heaps of baby things i want to buy already hehehe.

at the mo ive to ‘lessen’ my activities since im easily tired and fatigue lately. my heart pumps faster even when im hitting the sack and suddenly having difficulty to breathe. its not that bad though but these little things are hindering me from doing my daily chores – editing pics, layaning marryme requests and so on. at this very moment i wish i have an assistant.

am a bit sad now coz i really wanted to go to london and paris again to buy baby things coz its a lot cheaper there. dont bother the flight ticket la kan surely la mahal but RM2381 return flight is bloody cheap!! hmm well i might pujuk my hubby to go again, agak2 dpt tak? haha

of course i want the best for my baby its not for mama me, its for me baby! 2 months had passed and  i have 7 months more to see my baby. hopefully all goes well, insya Allah.
